At Zoomsoo.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. As we deal in electronic items, our return and refund policy is subject to the conditions below.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice
2. Non‑Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or installed electronic items
- Products damaged due to misuse, voltage fluctuations, or physical damage
- Items without original packaging, accessories, or serial numbers
- Clearance sale or discounted items (unless damaged on arrival)
3. Return Process
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
- Share order ID, issue details, and images/videos as proof
- Our team will verify and approve the return request
- Approved returns will be picked up or requested to be shipped back
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned product
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days
- Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non‑refundable
5. Replacement Policy
- Replacement is preferred over refund for eligible electronic items
- Replacement will be initiated after return product verification
- If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment only
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
7. Important Notes
- Unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damaged or missing items
- Zoomsoo reserves the right to reject return/refund requests if policy conditions are not met
